Chinmay has spent over a decade building and implementing innovative supply chain planning solutions across E2open, o9 Solutions, Logility, and Philips for manufacturers and distributors.
His hands-on experience covers demand forecasting, inventory optimization, production scheduling, S&OP, and constraint-based supply planning.
He founded Horizon to solve what he saw firsthand: planning tools that were too complex, too siloed, or too slow for the teams actually using them.
Since its first year, Horizon has managed over $3.5 billion in inventory, helping manufacturing organizations improve forecast accuracy, reduce stockouts, and free up working capital.
CEO & Co-Founder
Dirk spent 20 years at OMP delivering and leading supply chain transformation programs for some of the world's largest manufacturers, including Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Johnson & Johnson, Novo Nordisk, and BASF.
He has led end-to-end planning implementations across demand, supply, and scheduling, and scaled global delivery teams of 100+ consultants.
His experience spans the full planning maturity curve, from foundational S&OP rollouts to advanced constraint-based planning at enterprise scale. He co-founded Horizon to bring that depth of planning expertise into a platform built for collaboration and speed.
